On 29th September 2011, Westlife made their comback in Manila after five years. The concert was 99 per cent sold-out where only almost 40 tickets were not bought! STILL AMAZING for Westlife!
Westlife not only sang songs from their album "Gravity," but they made the concert a melancholia of their Greatest Hits. But to everybody's surprise, that concert would've been their last Manila concert. 'Lifers are indeed shocked about the group's decision to finally call it a day.
With 6,790 votes, that Westlife concert was recognized by Manila Concerts as the BEST concert in 2011! Runners-up included: Taylor Swift, Black Eyed Peas, Owl City, 30 Seconds To Mars, Lee DeWyze, David Archuleta and Jason Mraz. Good job 'Lifers! I hope that the lads will see this result and decide to include the Philippines in their "Greatest Hits" tour. Let's keep our fingers crossed on that one!
